How to choose a class?

Would you like to join an online class but you are unsure which class is best for you right now?
Here is some information that can help you choose based on your situation.

I'm new to yoga.
Yoga for MS
Why not start with Gentle Yoga Level 1, Yoga for Better Health, Breathwork session or a 30 min 1 to 1.
My main issue is fatigue or low energy. I cannot attend a normal exercise class because I get too tired.
1 to 1 yoga for MS sessions
Yoga for Better Health (30 min), Yoga for MS (60 min), Breathwork session, Gentle Yoga Level 1or 30 min 1 to 1.
I want to develop cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility
30 min Dynamic Yoga classes
Level 2 or 3 classes, Strengthening, Ashtanga-inspired or Yoga for Incredible Women
I am curious about breathwork or I don't feel safe moving, I prefer to stay seated
1 to 1 yoga for MS sessions

My main issue is stress, anxiety or mild depression

You can safely join one of the Breathwork sessions but for yoga, it would be best to book a 30 min 1 to 1 session first.

What to expect?

The following descriptions give you an idea of what to expect in the various classes.

Each week, I also send an email to everyone to share to programme of the following week.
For example, in Yoga for MS we will focus on balance or core strength. In Yoga for Incredible Women, we will focus on relaxing or on back strength etc.
