Cashew Cheese – Javi’recipe

 

Ingredients:
2 cups raw cashews (soaked 2 hours)
1 slice of onion
½ garlic
1 lemon

Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend with minimum water to get a creamy mass, which will replace cheese in raw vegan recipes.
You can also add curry mustard, olive oil, oregano and water.
Lots of variations are possible!

You can also put it in a mould and leave it in the fridge to set.
