Fat free pizza – Thanks to our friend Caroline

Ingredients:

– 400 g flour

– 260 ml soy- or rice-milk

– 4 tbs baking powder

– Toppings of your choice

Preparation:

Mix the flour, milk and baking powder to a dough and wrap into plastic foil. Put into fridge for half an hour.

Roll out on a baking tray and pour fat free tomato-sauce with herbs on top.

Add all sorts of vegetables as topping (corn, eggplant, zucchini, bell pepper….).

Bake for ca. 20 min.

Et voilà! Your delicious pizza is ready!
