Ingredients (for 2):
– ½ cup raw cashews finely ground
Place the flour resulting in a blender and mix it with the following ingredients:
– 1 “Liquefied” carrot (juice and pulp)
– 2 small spring onions
– 1 tablespoon of tamari
– 2 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 tablespoon of agar-agar
– ¾ cup water
Blend the cashews and put mix the resulting flour with the liquified carrots, spring onions, herbs and seasoning.
Besides, put the agar-agr and water in a saucepan. Boil (1-2 min), stirring , then pour straight away in the blender.
Mix everything in a blender quickly (the dough will become creamy) and pour immediately into a deep glass dish. Allow to cool. Refrigerate. And finally cut into thin strips before serving, and present on a bed of green leaf lettuce with some sprouts on top.
Just reading the recipe makes my mouth water… I remember so well the taste of it!
