This is one of these simple poses that comes naturally to me when I start to practice in the morning. After some basic warm-ups, i usually do some cat/cow to release the spine and then Balancing Table.
This breathing technique is absolutely amazing if you feel anxious, tired and need to focus and revitalize. This is one of my favorite “crucial” tools to cope with MS.
