Are you or your colleagues tired, anxious or worried about returning to the office? Do you find it difficult to take breaks and stay productive while working from home?

Why not talk to HR or your supervisor and suggest yoga at work?

According to the Scandinavian Journal of Work, Environment and Health, half of all working days lost to work-related ill health are due to stress, stress also increases the risk of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs). (*)

These conditions often lead to pain and discomfort and a reduction in performance. The current pandemic has exacerbated these trends and further increased the need for
companies to invest in the safety and wellbeing of their staff.
