Would you like to do yoga & breathwork but prefer a more personalised setting? Or maybe you would like to combine a holiday with your family & friends with some individual yoga & Breathwork classes? We offer you the possibility to come and stay in our guesthouse, cater for yourself and do yoga and breathwork with Veronique focusing on your own specific needs. We will organise a call prior to your retreat to talk about your specific needs and design a program. Minimum stay is 3 days.
The location
We live about 20-25 min from the sea, in the beautiful hills in the Algarve, 25 min from Faro airport.
Amendoeira is very small village of less than hundred inhabitants. There is one cafe, Cafe Mateus, where locals gather to share a coffee or a beer and play petanque. Most of them speak either French or English.
The nearest little town is Loule, with its castle dating from the 13th century and its cobbled stone street around the market hall. You will find various shops and supermarkets there but you might prefer to buy our fresh organic farm produce.
If you fancy going to the beach, the choice is yours: white sandy beaches or limestone cliffside with an orange hue… If you prefer cycling or hiking, there are also lots of trails and paths all around.
The Studio
The studio includes a bedroom with kitchenette and a wheelchair accessible bathroom.
Opposite the studio, there is a brand new yoga studio where you can do yoga and Breathwork with Veronique.

We offer several options, including:

– partial catering
– 2 to 4 hours of yoga and breathwork a day
