Here is some information that can help you choose based on your situation.

What to expect?
The following descriptions give you an idea of what to expect in the various classes.
Each week, I also send an email to everyone to share to programme of the following week.
For example, in Yoga for MS we will focus on balance or core strength. In Yoga for Incredible Women, we will focus on relaxing or on back strength etc.
Yoga for MS (60 min) (online)
This class is a yoga therapy class and draws on yoga as well as physiotherapy and Pilates. Classes are sequenced around specific MS-related topics such as balance, spasticity, stress and/or focus on balancing the various systems in our body (immune, hormonal etc).
The sequences are also accessible to people living with an autoimmune or chronic health conditions such as MS, RA, Parkinson, CE/CFS... etc. We do poses on the mat or standing but often use a chair too.
Yoga for Better Health (30 min) (online)
This is a short yoga therapy class in which we will focus on healthy living and longevity. This class is accessible to all.
Examples of topics: neck release, lower back health, boosting the immune system, balancing hormones...
Gentle Yoga Level 1 – with chair option (30 min) (online)
This class is ideal if you are new to yoga, when you feel tired but still want to do some gentle moves and breathing exercises or if you're recovering from a relapse or generally feeling low in energy.
There will always be options for those who prefer to do the session on a chair.
Level 2 and 3 classes (30 min) (online)
30-minute dynamic classes are an opportunity to work on your strength, balance, coordination in a non-competitive environment. Ideal to start the day energised. There are several levels.
Level 2: Flow class (ie including sun salutations)
Level 3: Advanced class

Strengthening (30 min) (online)
These classes focus on strengthening different areas of the body. On Thursdays, we use an elastic band for most of the exercises.

Yoga for Incredible Women (60 min) (online)
This class is open to all women. The aim is to relax and restore at the end of the day. The class includes breathwork, stretching, relaxing... and often ends with a yoga nidra.
Ashtanga-inspired Yoga (60 min) (online)
Get ready for some sun salutations, warriors, triangles and follow the rhythm of your Ujjayi breath.
It is a challenging class. Don't hesitate to contact me ([email protected]) if you're unsure whether the class is suited to you.
1 to 1 class (30 or 60 min)
You might want to book a 1 to 1 class if you'd like to have a tailor-made programme that focuses on your particular needs or if you need extra motivation.

Stretch & Breathe (in-person)
Have you ever noticed that when you stretch, you feel better, and less anxious? This is because stretching helps to release endorphins, dopamine and serotonin. But research also shows that stretching helps to fight inflammation. So if you feel anxious or if you’re currently experiencing any symptoms of inflammation like aches, pain, fatigue, swelling or itching, this weekly Stretch & Breathe class is for you.
