Our weekly class is called Stretch & Breathe. Have you ever noticed that when you stretch, you feel better, and less anxious? This is because stretching helps to release endorphins, dopamine and serotonin. But research also shows that stretching helps to fight inflammation. So if you feel anxious or if you’re currently experiencing any symptoms of inflammation like aches, pain, fatigue, swelling or itching, this weekly Stretch & Breathe class is for you. We will explore how to gently and mindfully stretch, using our breath to invite the body to release deeper and deeper.
