A Week to Return Home to Yourself
Tucked away in the tranquil hills of the Algarve, just 25 minutes from the sea, the Vital Path Retreat offers a sanctuary for women ready to reconnect with their energy, balance, and inner wisdom.
This immersive week is designed as a journey back to vitality, blending yoga, conscious Breathwork, meditation and deep rest to nourish body, mind, and spirit.
Created especially for women in midlife and beyond, this retreat combines the therapeutic wisdom of yoga and meditation with the transformative power of the breath, supporting you to release what no longer serves, rediscover your strength, and embrace this chapter of life with vitality.
What to Expect:
Meditation & Self-Inquiry
Stillness is where insight arises. Each morning begins with silence and meditation to encourage gentle self-reflection and to listen deeply to your breath, your body, and your inner voice. This retreat is not only about rest; it’s about awakening awareness, exploring who you are beneath the noise, and reconnecting with your true essence.
Daily Yoga: Our daily practices are designed to awaken the body’s innate healing capacity. You’ll move with awareness, strengthening where needed, softening where possible, restoring balance. Every session is tailored to meet you exactly where you are, helping you reconnect with your body as a source of wisdom and vitality rather than effort or strain.
Breathwork: The Heart of Transformation
Through daily guided sessions, including two Conscious Connected Breath, you’ll learn to regulate your nervous system, release emotional tension, and reconnect with your life force. Each breath becomes a bridge: from mind to body, from effort to ease, from fear to trust.
Time in Nature: Each day invites moments of connection with Nature. Our guesthouse is surrounded by beautiful hills. There will be time to breathe the scent of wild herbs and feel the sun on your skin.Nature reminds us of what we already know: that healing happens when we slow down and listen.
Nourishing Plant-Based Meals: Indulge in delicious, nutrient-dense plant-based meals that will support your welbeing from the inside out. We use fresh, local, and mostly organic ingredients to prepare balanced meals that are as nourishing as they are flavourful.
Time for Rest & Reflection: This retreat is not about doing more but about being more present. You’ll have time to rest by the pool, journal, or simply sit in stillness. Evenings bring community and reflection, a time to share, integrate, release, and reconnect with your natural joy.
Who is This For?
This retreat is for women who feel called to go beyond the surface, to deepen their practice, expand their awareness, and reconnect with their true vitality.
It’s for you if you’re ready to:
• Reclaim your energy and embody balance through intelligent movement and stillness
• Deepen your relationship with your body’s innate wisdom and healing capacity
• Release layers of stress, fatigue, or emotional residue that no longer serve you
• Explore breathwork as a powerful new tool for inner transformation and nervous system balance
• Engage in authentic self-inquiry, meditation, and conscious connection with like-minded women walking a similar path.
This is an invitation for experienced practitioners, women who already know the value of presence and are ready to explore what lies beyond effort, into the art of truly being.
