Yoga & Breathwork for MS

I started yoga when I was diagnosed with MS over 25 years ago. Over the years, I’ve learned that true healing begins with listening deeply. My approach is rooted in everything these years have taught me: nurturing fascia, soothing the nervous system, strengthening the core, balancing mind & body, and restoring the body’s natural flow of energy and feeling.
Through yoga, Breathwork, and guided rest, this retreat invites you to reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom, ease, and vitality.
Created especially for those living with Multiple Sclerosis, it offers a space to restore, release, and remember your wholeness, in a safe environment.

Certified by Yoga Alliance, my Yoga for MS Teacher Training empowers yoga teachers and wellness professionals to safely support students with MS and others navigating similar health conditions.
Grounded in therapeutic yoga, these trainings emphasize adaptability, mindfulness, and conscious teaching and draw from my own experience teaching and living with MS.

Breathwork Africa Foundation Course

Deep breaths, clear insights, lasting transformation: a journey into the art and science of Breathwork.
Join me and my co-facilitator(s) for the Breathwork Africa Foundation Course, online or in person, in French or in English. You’ll explore the fascinating science of breathing and gain practical tools to share with family, colleagues, students, and clients.
The French course takes place online from 13–15 March, and the English course will be in person in Portugal from 25–28 October (info coming soon): an inspiring experience for mind, body, and breath.
