Set in the peaceful Algarve hills, this weekend retreat is a chance to slow down, breathe, move, and reconnect with your creativity. With Véronique, you’ll explore simple but powerful tools to open space for creativity to flow. From this grounded place, Niamh (an author and publisher who loves supporting others in expressing themselves) will help you take the next step in finding and shaping your unique voice. Together, they create a warm and welcoming space where your creativity can unfold with ease and confidence.

Over three days, we’ll combine yoga and breathwork with inspiring writing workshops and personal reflection. Whether you’re an aspiring writer or simply curious about reconnecting with your creative self, this retreat offers a powerful blend of somatic and expressive work to help you find clarity, courage, and confidence in your unique voice.

With a carefully curated program, you’ll be supported to explore your inner landscape, release old patterns, and express yourself more freely. Together, we’ll share plant-based meals, meaningful conversations, and quiet moments under open skies.

This retreat is a celebration of self-discovery, embodiment, and creativity. Come as you are, and leave with a deeper connection to your body, your breath, and your words.

The timetable is not set in stone and we can adapt to your needs and preference, but this is an indication of what a day would look like.

Day 1 (Friday):
13.00: Check-in & Welcome Tea
14.00 – 15.30: Yoga & Breathwork for Creativity
15:45 – 17.15: Workshop: Finding Your Voice
17:30: Personal Reflection
18:30 – 19.30: Plant-based dinner
20.00: Opening Circle & Intention Setting

Day 2 (Saturday):
7.00 – 7.30: Silent Walk or Breathwork
7.30 – 8.30: Breakfast
8.30 – 10.30: Workshop: Unlocking Your Voice
10.45 – 12.30: Yoga & Conscious Connected Breath
12.30 – 14.00: Plant-based lunch
14:00 – 17:00: Workshop: How to Overcome Writer’s Block & Group Reflection
17.00 – 18.15: Restorative Yoga
19.00-20:00: Plant-based dinner
20:00-21.00: Writing time

Day 3 (Sunday):
7.00-8.15: Yoga & Breathwork to Build Confidence
8.30-9.30: Breakfast
9.30-11.30: Workshop: Writing from Within
11.30-12.00: Packing
12.00-13.00: Plant-based lunch
13.00-13.30: Closing circle & Saying goodbye..

The location

We live in a small village, in a cul-de-sac, on an organic farm. We renovated a building into our guesthouse and now have 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a breakfast room, a TV snug, a kitchen, a patio. We also have a beautiful bright yoga studio, fully equipped (with props and yoga ropes).

Getting There
The nearest airport is Faro, which is 25 minutes from here. You can also travel by train from Lisbon to Loule train station, which is 10 minutes away.

When we confirm the availability of your accommodation option by return email, please pay the deposit to secure your spot or the totality of the price if availing of the Early Bird price (due before August 30th).
