How does it work?
September is the National Yoga Awareness month. Would you like to try one live group class on zoom for free?
You can choose:
- a general 30 min class (level 1, 2 or 3) to start the day energised and relaxed.
- a 60 min class such as yoga therapy class for people living with MS or a yoga for incredible women (especially suited for women over 40 who want to stay strong & flexible).
- a Breathwork session.
Simply look at the timetable below to decide which day/time suits your schedule. Note that the times given in the schedule are UK times. You have 2 options:
1. Go to BOOK A CLASS tab. Scroll down to find the class you want to attend. You’ll need to sign up on Momence and at the check out, give in the discount code: FREECLASS2023
2. If you prefer not to sign up on Momence, just send an email to tamingthewalrus@gmail.com with subject: FREECLASS2023.
You only need to state which day and which group class you’d like to attend and I will send you a direct zoom link for the class.
Please do allow for at least one day before sending me the email and my response.
Who can join?
Anyone can join. Just email me if you have any questions or if you are unsure which class would be best for you. And don’t hesitate to invite your friends, colleagues or relatives to give it a try too.
